ContaCash runs as a service: there is nothing to install and no server of your own. Open the site, log in, and your administration is there, its data kept strictly apart from every other business on the platform.

The four areas

  • Invoicing: customers, your item catalog, invoices and quotes, incoming payments.
  • Payments: money in and money out, suppliers and their open bills.
  • Payroll: your team, their roles and benefits, the monthly run.
  • Reports: profit and loss, the balance sheet, the BBO tax report.
