Invoicing

Write an invoice the way you think about it: pick the customer, add the lines, send it. ContaCash computes the VAT and the total, tracks what is paid and what is still open, and writes the journal entry underneath.

Quotes work the same way. A quote is a document of its own until the customer says yes: one click turns it into an invoice, and only then does it touch the books.

• Customers live in one list with their contact details. A customer that is also a supplier simply gets both sides.
• Your item catalog holds the products and services you sell, each with its price and VAT rate, ready to drop into a line.
